ZionSphere Open Doors Program · 2026–2035 · Confidential
Fiscal Sponsorship: Christian Ministry Alliance · CMA Giving Profile Active
"I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut."— Revelation 3:8
What Is the Open Doors Program?
Open Doors is ZionSphere's community outreach arm — a charitable initiative that brings immersive biblical VR experiences to underserved youth who would otherwise never access this technology. Through the Christian Ministry Alliance (CMA) fiscal sponsorship, all monetary and in-kind donations to Open Doors are fully tax-deductible.
🎯 Who We Serve
Underserved youth via churches, after-school programs, community centers, school districts, and youth organizations.
🤝 CMA Partnership
Donors give through fso.christianministryalliance.org — tax-deductible immediately. CMA is the legal fiscal sponsor until standalone 501(c)(3) is secured.
🎁 What We Accept
Monetary gifts AND in-kind: Meta Quest headsets, vehicles, charging gear, event equipment, and pro bono services — all via DonationMatch and Amazon Wishlist.
⚡ Immediate Priority Actions (Before Year 1 Milestones)
Do these now — they are prerequisites for everything else in this plan.
Register on TechSoup
techsoup.org — apply under CMA umbrella. Up to 80% off Meta Quest headsets.
Create DonationMatch profile
donationmatch.com — post your full in-kind wishlist. Companies come to you.
Create Amazon Charity Wishlist
Link to CMA profile. List: cables, charging docks, storage cases, extension cords.
Contact Meta for Nonprofits
forwork.meta.com — VR headsets directly from Meta.
Apply to 1-800-Charity Cars
800charitycars.org — free vehicle for nonprofits. Apply now, wait time varies.
Post wishlist in church networks
5 local churches + 3 Black entrepreneur Facebook groups. Ask for a ministry van.
Community Reach & Operating Budget Projection
Each budget figure is the total all-in cost to run the program that year — payroll, equipment, events, travel, insurance, and overhead. This is what you need to raise, not what you generate.
* Youth served = cumulative total. Budget = total all-in operating cost for that year. All in-kind donations (headsets, vehicles, services) reduce this cash requirement dollar-for-dollar.
Roots & Readiness
Establish the charity infrastructure. Run your first 5 deployments. Prove the model.
$8,500 – $22,000
All-in cost to run the program this year
Equipment
5–10 headsets (donated/discounted via TechSoup + CMA umbrella)
Vehicle
None yet. Use personal vehicle. Begin vehicle wishlist on DonationMatch.
Hiring This Year
None. You are the program.
🎯 Key Milestones

🚀 Triggers
📣 Community Outreach
💰 Grant Strategy
Apply for: We Raise Foundation, local community foundations, Black church denominational grants, GivingTuesday campaign. Target: $10K–$25K in Year 1 — enough to cover full operating budget plus reserve.
📖 The Open Doors Book
Not yet — but START a journal. Every deployment, write one page. Who you met. What God did. What the kids said when they took off the headset. This becomes the Open Doors book in Year 4. Working title for your journal: 'First Steps Through the Door: Notes from the Field.'
🔗 Every church partnership secured for Open Doors is also a warm lead for a ZionSphere institutional license. A church that hosts a free Open Doors event today is a paying church license in Year 2.
Proof of Impact
Expand to 3 cities. Secure your vehicle. Publish your first impact report.
$45,000 – $85,000
All-in cost to run the program this year
Equipment
15–25 headsets total (mix of donated, TechSoup discounted, and purchased)
Vehicle
Priority: secure a donated or deeply discounted cargo/passenger van. Contact 1-800-Charity Cars, local dealerships, and neighboring churches with ministry vans.
Hiring This Year
1 part-time Program Coordinator (stipend: $15K–$20K/yr). Handles logistics, volunteer coordination, and scheduling.
🎯 Key Milestones
- Secure a program vehicle — van, SUV, or church van loan. This is the Year 2 non-monetary #1 priority.

- Build a 'Community Partner' tier — churches or orgs that co-host events get co-branded materials
- Reach 500 youth served (cumulative since launch)
- Create a short (3–5 min) documentary-style video of the program — use this for fundraising
🚀 Triggers
📣 Community Outreach
💰 Grant Strategy
Target: $45K–$85K (to cover full operating budget). Apply to: Black church foundation grants, GivingTuesday, local community foundations, faith-based tech funds. Write 5–10 grant applications this year.
📖 The Open Doors Book
Still journaling. You now have 2 years of deployment stories. Pull the 5 most powerful ones and write them as full narratives. These become the core chapters of the Open Doors book. Working title: 'What the Kids Saw: Stories from Two Years of Open Doors.'
🔗 The 3-city deployment tour mirrors the main platform's 3-city live event strategy. Coordinating both in the same cities creates press synergy — local media covers the free community mission AND the paid platform in one unified story.
Operational Maturity
Quarterly deployments. Full-time coordinator. Regional grant funding.
$120,000 – $220,000
All-in cost to run the program this year

- List on Charity Navigator — track record is now strong enough
- Secure first corporate in-kind sponsor (tech company or local business) — branded on all materials
🚀 Triggers
📣 Community Outreach
💰 Grant Strategy
Target: $120K–$220K (full operating budget). Priority: Lilly Endowment, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, local community foundations, corporate CSR programs (Microsoft, Google, Meta for nonprofits).
📖 The Open Doors Book
Manuscript is underway. Title: 'Open Doors: How a VR Headset and a Calling Changed a Generation.' This is not a tech book. It's a story of faith, community, and what happens when you show up for the forgotten. This is the manuscript that becomes the Year 4 published book.
🔗 The branded pop-up kit built for Open Doors events shares assets with the main platform's live events. The same tent, signage, and setup infrastructure serves both free community events AND paid festival deployments — reducing costs on both sides.
Regional Authority
You are the name in faith-based VR outreach. The book launches.
$280,000 – $480,000
All-in cost to run the program this year
Equipment
75–100 headsets managed across multiple regional kits

📖 The Open Doors Book
Book 1 is live: 'Open Doors: How a VR Headset and a Calling Changed a Generation.' It becomes your #1 fundraising and outreach tool for the next 3 years. Bundle with church partnership proposals. Sell at every event. Gift to every major donor. It tells the story better than any brochure.
🔗 The Open Doors book launch year creates a double press wave — one story about the enterprise platform, one about the charity mission. Same person, same vision, two audiences, compounding credibility.

📖 The Open Doors Book
Book 2: 'What Happens When You Keep Showing Up: Five Years of Open Doors.' The story now has 5 years of documented impact. Pitch to major faith publishers. Spanish edition ('Puertas Abiertas') for Latino community outreach.
🔗 The regional hub model mirrors the main platform's institutional license expansion. Every regional hub city is also a target market for church and school licenses. The charity arm opens the door; the platform arm monetizes the relationship.

$1,200,000 – $2,200,000

📖 The Open Doors Book
Book 2 is a credibility document — 'What Happens When You Keep Showing Up' is now referenced by academic institutions and church denominations. Pitch a secular publisher for Book 3: 'The Forgotten Ones: Faith, Technology, and the Children Nobody Counted.' This title crosses over to mainstream audiences.
🔗 The 10,000 youth milestone coincides with the main platform reaching 1M users. Both stories break in the same year. Run a coordinated press campaign: one financial milestone, one humanitarian milestone, one unified vision.

🔗 International Open Doors deployments pioneer markets for the main platform's international licensing strategy. Open Doors enters a country free; the platform follows with institutional licenses for schools and churches in that same country.
Institution Building
Open Doors is a recognized global nonprofit. The Foundation launches.
$5,000,000 – $9,000,000

🔗 The Open Doors Foundation launches as the main company simultaneously explores its own ZionSphere Foundation. The two are distinct but complementary — one serves underserved communities directly, the other funds global faith-tech innovation. Together they represent the full kingdom economy model.

Your memoir is now taught in seminaries, Christian business schools, and nonprofit leadership programs worldwide. Begin outlining Book 5: 'Chairman: Leading from the Back of the Room.'
🔗 The 'Open Doors Generation' network of adult alumni becomes the most authentic marketing force for the main platform. These are people who experienced ZionSphere as children — now they're adults, parents, and community leaders who champion it organically.
The Open Door That Never Closes

$20M–$40M+
All-in cost — sustained largely by endowment income, government contracts, and legacy gifts

The endowment funds the program. Grants supplement growth. Legacy gifts begin to arrive — donors who want to leave a permanent mark include Open Doors in their estate plans.
📖 The Open Doors Book
Book 5: 'The Open Door — 10 Years of Saying Yes.' It is the companion memoir to the enterprise story. One story, two books, one obedience. A million lives changed. The full Open Doors book series: (1) Open Doors, (2) What Happens When You Keep Showing Up, (3) The Forgotten Ones, (4) What God Built When I Said Yes, (5) The Open Door — 10 Years of Saying Yes.
🔗 At Year 10, both plans converge into a single testimony: ZionSphere became a $500M enterprise AND a global charity that served 50,000 underserved youth. One vision. Two expressions. One obedience. This is what kingdom economics looks like.
The Door Was Never Yours to Open
You didn't choose the underserved. God assigned them to you. Every headset placed on a child who has never been inside a church, every youth who hears the voice of God for the first time through a piece of technology — that is the point. The enterprise scales. The charity serves. And together, they prove that a business built on obedience doesn't just make money. It changes generations.
"He defended the cause of the poor and needy, and so all went well. Is that not what it means to know me? declares the Lord."— Jeremiah 22:16
